Rebels conquering Norway!

Image
The National Championship is a prestige-tournament, it is here we official crown Norway’s best paintball-team. It has some nice prizes from sponsors like Eclipse, Anthrax, Virtue, Dye etc, but it’s definitively the glory that weighs most for the elite teams. The possibility to make it official, they are the best team in Norway. The tournament is built of 4 categories – Xball (the title that of course weighs the most), 5man (old school 5 man format), 1 vs 1 and 3 man. Everyone can participate in all the categories besides from 3 man which is only for new players who has never played a tournament in higher than 3 rd  (our lowest division) before. The layout for NM (national masters) is always a secret before the tournament, walking the field is a skill that can separate the good from the best. The last 3 years we have been lucky to get the field designed by Paul Richards, but since he passed we had to find a new designer. And Nick Brockdorff (former pro player from Denmark)

Black Karma - Season of Change

Image
As we approached Badlandz Paintball in Crete, Illinois, we reflected on our journey over the past few years. As a team, we have had many fun adventures, trying times, and grown close as a family. We came to the UWL International Masters event to see if we belonged in the league we have chosen to compete in. We started out as friends who enjoyed this cra zy, adrenaline filled sport of paintball, but made the decision to transition from Scenario ball to competitive Woodsball.    The competition was intense at the event. Teams flocked to the venue from throughout the United States, Mexico, and Panama. Our 5-man team progressed up through the preliminary rounds with a perfect record, no doubt in part to our awesome HDE attire and Black Karma Geo 3.5's. In the finals, we lost a well-earned win in the last few seconds of the match to some fierce competitors. We left the UWL International Masters with 2nd place win in 5-man Division and a desire to train more for next se

Cheeky Raskals only won the SPS !!!

Image
With the lack of paintball tournaments in Malaysia for nearly 2 years, Team Raskal had to travel abroad to continue playing and representing its sponsors, namely Planet Eclipse, Gelkaps Sports, Extreme Power Sports, Virtue, Exalt, Skirmish Asia, Potosan Corner and Xtion Paintball. Team Raskal participated in the Thai Paintball Official Circuit  - TPOC and Singapore Paintball Series - SPS both which incorporated the PALS Series legs as well.  Team Raskal’s 1st leg of the SPS didn’t go too well due to a depleted line up coming right after the TPOC event in Bangkok. Team Raskals came away with 2nd podium placing for this event. The next SPS 2nd leg which was also the PALS 2nd leg in Singapore saw them do battle with the PALS regional teams from Thailand, Philippines, Australia, and Singapore. After a very close and hard fought Finals of the PALS Singapore event, team Raskal lost in a very close game of 2-1 to team Infernal of Thailand. Raskal nearly took the Finals game to

Bounty Hunters....

The Bounty Hunters scenario paintball team started as a small group of family and friends playing in the woods on the property of one of the family members, near Greenville, KY. In 2009, the group decided to start playing as a team, and the Bounty Hunters scenario paintball team was born. Six members participated in the team’s first event in February 2010 at Bear Claw Paintball in Fayetteville, TN. Since that time, the team has expanded to eighteen members from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama, and has traveled to events in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. The 2015 season began on a chilly March weekend in a familiar and cherished place: Bear Claw Paintball, for the “Starship Troopers” game, presented by MPP Games. The Bounty Hunters fought on the side of the Roughnecks who were invading the Arachnids home planet of Klendathu.  Saturday’s action began with the Roughnecks needing to establish a landing zone and take six objectives, including taking their own base, w
