Yarra Classic.... 10-Man Down Under.

July 6th 2019 was the date for the second annual Yarra Classic to be held at the Action Paintball Games Yarramundi paintball park in Sydneys, north west! The event is run using the tried and tested old school cool 10 man centre flag format from Tim Montressor of mechanical markers and electronic markers capped at 6bps semi auto (yes we know it is supposed to be 5.5bps, but a couple of the players had old Angels that would not turn down to lower than 6bps so in the interest of old is cool we upped the BPS by half a ball per second) and again, as was the case last year, the event was booked out 8 weeks in advance. Teams were made up of players from Queensland and all over New South Wales. Teams would play a selection of games on the newly rebuilt Trenches and Australia’s only Proper Hyperball battlefields with the finals to be played out on the Hyperball field only. Sydney SWAT win Super 7's Planet Eclipse Open !!

Super 7's Paintball Series  Round 3, the Planet Eclipse Open is finished and what a fantastic event for the team. We were able to assert strong control in most of our games with a clear 4-point mercy victory in all but 2 of our preliminary matches. We were able to keep this momentum into finals, winning both matches with the 4-point mercy and taking the title. The level of play this event was fantastic and it was clear early on that this was going to be a 4 horse race with top level teams from WA and NZ entering into the mix. Teams were all playing the exciting layout slightly differently and it made from some really good and interesting games.   The lads all played great paintball and as always we were well supported with our amazing Geo's and soft goods from  Planet Eclipse . Also our KLR masks, TFX hoppers, HK Supreme paint and soft goods from  HK Army performed fantastically. One major advantage we had this weekend was how dependable ...
