We always love to see new teams join the Planet Eclipse family and here we are welcoming the exciting Toulouse Purple Semi Pro team with open arms.

Our good friends at Camp Paintball in France had this to say about their new signing:



 

We are delighted to announce that the Toulouse Purple Club and its Teams have chosen to shoot the Planet Eclipse CS3 & Geo R5 markers from now on.

At last, they'll be able to shoot the most fragile paint available and rely on the proven reliability of Planet markers.

Firmly focused on the future and working hard on a daily basis, the Toulouse Purple Club will benefit from comprehensive training with our official Tech Éric "cheveux" Spitzmuller, so that they in turn can pass on advice, information and tips.




We're particularly pleased with this choice, which is in line with our desire to be as close as possible to our players and teams.

We have no doubts about the Club's future performance!

Well, we echo the sentiment and are immensely happy that they chose to Shoot Eclipse.

You can see Toulouse Purple playing in the NXL Europe Semi Pro Division, after their impressive performance at the NXL Europe British Invitational event recently..

TECH BULLETIN: CS3 HPR Body O-Rings ⚙️

Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see

Team Capital Offense   attended the "Mutant Warfare" Scenario from Guru Games at Sherwood Forest.
