After weeks of rain and clouds, the blue skies and warm 80 degree weather was a true blessing for WCPS Event #3 on June 12th. The morning started off cool under the great tree canopy of the Splat Action field, nestled in a forested area of Molalla, Oregon. Teams and spectators all arrived and got settled in and prepared for the day full of games with 21 teams total registered.
The day was packed with 64 games in the preliminaries for the Rookie and Open Divisions, and 36 games in the prelims for the Beginner Division. Washington team and Planet Eclipse Sponsored Team, Seattle Swagger, took home the championship for the second event in a row in the Open Division with Legendary placing second and Planet Eclipse sponsored team, Riot Kings taking third place. For the Rookie Division, Code Blue pulled ahead of A.C.I. Black for the win, with Shooters in third place. WCPS introduced the new Beginner Division at Event #3 as a three man tournament with coaching allowed for players with two events or less of tournament experience. H8R Kidz, a Washington team, took the lead for first place, ahead of The Shenanigans and Legacy, both Oregon teams. The winning teams took home prizes from our sponsor, Planet Eclipse, including a gear bag, pod packs, jerseys, shirts and beanies.
The WCPS is continually impressed with the positive attitudes that the teams and players are showing at the events. We love to see everyone out to have fun and enjoy a great day of paintball! Thanks again to our incredible Sponsors: Planet Eclipse, Draxxus, Paintwarz, and Mafia Air! See you all at Event #4 in Tualatin, Oregon on July 31st!

We always love to see new teams join the Planet Eclipse family and here we are welcoming the exciting Toulouse Purple Semi Pro team with open arms. Our good friends at Camp Paintball in France had this to say about their new signing: We are delighted to announce that the Toulouse Purple Club and its Teams have chosen to shoot the Planet Eclipse CS3 & Geo R5 markers from now on. At last, they'll be able to shoot the most fragile paint available and rely on the proven reliability of Planet markers. Firmly focused on the future and working hard on a daily basis, the Toulouse Purple Club will benefit from comprehensive training with our official Tech Éric "cheveux" Spitzmuller, so that they in turn can pass on advice, information and tips. We're particularly pleased with this choice, which is in line with our desire to be as close as possible to our players and teams. We have no doubts about the Club's future performance! WE GOT YOUR BACK! Well, we echo the sent...
Our favourite Portuguese men of paintball war, Sporting CP, have been having a season! They make the journey to the UK for each round of the UK's premiere paintball series, the CPPS which in itself is admirable. Competing in the Series' highest division, Elite, is no easy task. The whole division is stacked but the top 5 teams really are the very best the UK has to offer, with the likes of The Lucky 15s and Manchester Firm fighting to claim the title on home soil. Sporting had a great season in 2023, but they wanted more, so we asked them about their plans for 2024 and how things are shaping up so far. Photo: Blitzed Media Photo: Blitzed Media Photo: Blitzed Media Another year we flew to England to compete in the Elite Division of the CPPS, but this year with podiums! Our commitment to two years of hard work in the UK is finally paying off, and for the first time we feel like we're starting to build our identity as one of the most promising young teams on the European top-f...
