Paradise!
Well friends, I was off to the airport on yet another Paintball adventure. This time it was to Cancun, Mexico to attend the MPL CANCUN OPEN. The MPL (Mexican Paintball League) is in it’s 5th year as one the premier leagues in Mexico. MPL league is a joint venture organized by Jose Luiz Alvarez from Planet Eclipse Mexico, Pablo Viegas and Arturo Andrade. All very well known in the Mexican PB Community for the efforts they make for the sport we love. Over 26 teams attended the event, with most of them staying one site at the prestigious all inclusive resort 'Palladium Resort & Spa.' Those who stayed at the resort were easily lost in the paradise. This gorgeous estate covers over 165 acres and has everything from 5 star restaurants to Spas and Poolside Tikis, complete with Wet Bars. Players started about 10:00am to give them enough time to prepare after embracing the local spirit with a night of Margaritas, Tequilas, and any other concoction you could come up with. ...
