The Colour Purple 💜

Image
We always love to see new teams join the Planet Eclipse family and here we are welcoming the exciting Toulouse Purple Semi Pro team with open arms. Our good friends at Camp Paintball in France had this to say about their new signing:   We are delighted to announce that the Toulouse Purple Club and its Teams have chosen to shoot the Planet Eclipse CS3 & Geo R5 markers from now on. At last, they'll be able to shoot the most fragile paint available and rely on the proven reliability of Planet markers. Firmly focused on the future and working hard on a daily basis, the Toulouse Purple Club will benefit from comprehensive training with our official Tech Éric "cheveux" Spitzmuller, so that they in turn can pass on advice, information and tips. We're particularly pleased with this choice, which is in line with our desire to be as close as possible to our players and teams. We have no doubts about the Club's future performance! WE GOT YOUR BACK! Well, we echo the sent...

Champions Of Europe 🇪🇺

Image
The 2023 NXL Europe Pro Paintball Season has come to a close, and what a season we've had! For the third year in a row Toulouse TonTon took the Pro Division gold, which is an incredible result considering the insane levels of performance shown by many teams in the NXL Europe Pro Division. Gone are the days of single team dominance as we welcome an era that brings wider levels of team performance and consistency, which for the observer is tremendous to watch. We now have a division of teams who need to fight for every single point, at every single event to maintain their position, which makes the winner's achievements all the more admirable. TonTon are an impressive team. Their commitment, drive and desire to win is clear for all to see and the talent base they have is enviable. Many opponents find it hard to look beyond their aggressive playing style and their ability to destroy excellent teams within seconds, but they're much, much smarter and well-balanced than that. Case...

After they rocked up to the UK's CPPS series, went straight into the Elite Division and walked away with a solid 5th place then followed up with a 4th we thought these guys must be serious. Then, they contacted us about their proud efforts. So, we decided to find out more about this passionate and driven organisation. Photo: Matt Gee So, Sporting CP... who are you? TECH BULLETIN: CS3 HPR Body O-Rings ⚙️

Image
Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see...

EMEK Rentals - The story so far 📗

Image
Saying that our Eclipse Emek has revolutionised the rental experience for customers, and park owners, may seem like one heck of a boast–which isn't usually our style–but in this case we 100% stand by that statement. We recognised that something drastic needed to happen for the future of the game, to help it compete with other leisure activities and to make it a really fun experience for everyone. And to succeed, to really make a difference is something we're very proud of. But don't just take our word for it, our park owners agree. We spoke with Tom from OSG in New England (USA) who had this to say > Tell us a little about OSG.   OSG Paintball is located in Barnstead NH. Paintball started in New Hampshire and we have kept the tradition alive and thriving in the state since it all began in1993.

OSG is the largest, most developed paintball park in New England. We have 12 themed fields which span across 43 acres. You’ll find everything from a large Pirate Ship, a Halo Sco...
