Calling all CS3 owners! To coincide with the launch of the CS3, we have updated our E-Portal Lite iOS app to work with the CS3 and the LV2 (with optional Bluetooth® enabled MME Comms Board installed). Download E-Portal Lite from the app store right here: Eclipse E-Portal Lite IMPORTANT! In order to use the E-Portal Lite app with your Eclipse marker you will need to be running the following firmware versions or above - CS3 - Version 1.2.3 LV2 - Version 1.2.3 CS2 - Primary Version 1.50 CS2 - Secondary Version 1.50 To check which version of firmware you have - Press and hold the Power/Select button to turn on the marker. The E logo will be displayed, followed by the marker splash screen. Release the button and the firmware version screen will be displayed for a second. Push and hold the Power/Select button again to provide more time to read the display. To upgrade the firmware you will need to install E-Portal 4.5.x on a PC running Microsoft® Windows® 7 or above. E-Portal - The App!

Calling all CS2 owners! We're currently developing the Planet Eclipse E-Portal Lite App . It isn't finished yet but we've decided to release it to a limited number of 'first come, first served' Beta testers, as we did with our Eclipse O-Ring Finder App. One of these Beta Testers could be YOU! This App is only available to CS2 Owners; it's the only marker in our range that has Bluetooth connectivity installed. Due to its Beta Test status there are a couple of extra steps needed to access the App, but if you want to get involved please follow the instructions below. Disclaimer: In order to fully test this app you will need to re-program the Primary and Secondary circuit boards of your CS2 with new firmware which could potentially have some bugs in it. Ok terrible pun, we couldn't resist, but in these crazy times many of you are dusting off the hex keys, actually opening the spares baggy and in some (rare) cases, reading the manuals we create. Unbelievable right? Well, we've another tech support treat for you; we're currently developing our own Planet Eclipse O-Ring Finder App. It isn't finished yet but we've decided to release it to a limited number of 'first come, first served' Beta testers. Which can be any of you! Getting the App isn't super-simple at the moment, due to its Beta Test status, but if you want to get involved while you have the time and inclination then follow the instructions below. Please note: The O-Ring App is only available for Apple devices running iOS13 at the moment.
