The 2023 NXL Europe Pro Paintball Season has come to a close, and what a season we've had! For the third year in a row Toulouse TonTon took the Pro Division gold, which is an incredible result considering the insane levels of performance shown by many teams in the NXL Europe Pro Division. Gone are the days of single team dominance as we welcome an era that brings wider levels of team performance and consistency, which for the observer is tremendous to watch. We now have a division of teams who need to fight for every single point, at every single event to maintain their position, which makes the winner's achievements all the more admirable. TonTon are an impressive team. Their commitment, drive and desire to win is clear for all to see and the talent base they have is enviable. Many opponents find it hard to look beyond their aggressive playing style and their ability to destroy excellent teams within seconds, but they're much, much smarter and well-balanced than that. New York Xtreme kicked some ass in the 2017 semi pro season and brought us a fantastic World Cup final against DMG. And now, this old school franchise is back where it belongs. Amongst the Pros. We caught up with Beau Milo of NYX to ask them three simple questions about their Pro debut. 1: NXL Vegas was your pro debut, which is a massive step for any team. In your team’s opinion, how did Vegas go for you guys? Going Pro is always the goal when paintball teams are started. For NY Xtreme it is what has driven us to get to this point. When we started our team as NY Outlaws 4 plus years ago someone gave me some advice "if you guys can stick together for three years you will have a great shot to turn Pro". We have worked hard over the past 4 years and feel like even though we didn't win the semi pro division we have been one of the most consistent teams in that division.
