The Grim Reapers Give a Hand to Vets

Every fall in the Midwest at Indy Battlegrounds near Indianapolis, Indiana there is a paintball scenario called Operation Jericho.  Written by the scenario team the Urban Guard, the event depicts the struggle leading up to the Battle of Jericho and the battle itself.  It’s complete with a river crossing, scrolls, an Ark the players have to carry, and of course a horn that needs to be blown.  Scenario Master Jay “Shadowfox” Jordan and the team captain of the Grim Reapers:  “It’s so much fun and an honor for our team to have the privilege of running this scenario.  It is really well written -  the Urban Guard did an outstanding job in the creation and writing of it.  It’s an honor because it is part of a fundraising effort for the vets called Operation Pathfinder”.  Operation Pathfinder raises money for various needs of our veterans.  This particular event gives all profit to “4 Paws” and “Honor Flight”.  “4 Paws” provides seeing e...

The Monster Game - Just the name brings back great memories of great events over the years. Located at the legendary field called Hells Survivor in the city of Pickney, Michigan, top quality scenario paintball   has been a tradition there for over 35 years.   Being designed around a swamp in the middle, with woods, a city, castle, islands, bridges and innovative rules, the field always attracts some of the best teams in the country.    Some of the top vendors in the sport come to this including of course, “We got your Back” Tech Support from Planet Eclipse.   The field's   “no wait” walk in air station means no downtime on air fills, that's right, none.   The officiating crew did a great job, and Dave the owner, knows how to make you feel welcome.    It all adds up to a great scenario paintball experience that is well worth your hard earned bucks.   This year’s World famous producer Viper brought his outstanding brand of scenario pai...

The Grim Reapers Sign With Planet Eclipse! It's been coming for several years now and captain Jay “Shadowfox” Jordan could not be happier:   “We are very excited to endorse Planet Eclipse!   We never endorse anything we personally do not use and believe in.   Several years ago a few of our players began using Planet Eclipse markers and as more players on the team tried them they would switch to them, and now the whole team uses them.   It just made sense.”     Why did they switch?   James “Rook” Hineman Grim Reaper XO:   “For the scenario player you need a marker that delivers firepower, accuracy, efficiency, and smoothness.   On top of that it has to be quiet so it is not as likely to give away our position and it must be reliable. These markers deliver of all that.   Add to that their amazing customer service, and it's a no brainer”. The Grim Reapers started out the season by putting on the scenario event called “...
