At its very core, paintball has always been inclusive, accessible and is one of the few leisure activities that is truly open to anyone, and everyone. But at its highest competitive level it has, for the most part, been an exclusive playing environment for athletic males. Until now. Blasted! - © Fava Photography After hosting a showcase event at the 2021 NXL World Cup, the 2022 season added one more division to its list. The WNXL. Consisting of all-female teams the WNXL was created to show the world that paintball is an exciting sport that females can, and should consider participating in. Making Moves #01 - featuring Stoke Quest

Image
Eclipse Factory, Team Stoke Quest, are a young and progressive team run by the experienced Andy Gill, who knows his stuff; he's been running Stoke Quest teams for many years. His latest Quest team have been smashing their way through the Divisions and really found their form in D2 last year. Their performance in D2 and their subsequent title gave them the belief that they really could make a move for that Elite spot in 2021. As we expanded and started production of our own Marker (the awesome EGO) we took on a 3rd and then 4th unit. Luckily all next to each other (in a U-shape) so we could continue to work, but the bigger we got the more disjointed it became. When we took on the 5th unit which was over the road–not so convenient–we decided to start looking for something else. After some searching we found a new build that was only ½ mile away from Praed Road that would allow us to design and build the Planet Eclipse HQ for our future. The ...
