Will the North rise again???

This weekend the BIGGEST paintball event in the UK calendar is taking place in the midlands. The North vs South Big Game……

The North has been very dominate over the last few years, but something went very wrong last year and the shady drinking Southern fairies managed to pull a win out of the pants…. (Probably just a one off). I’m sure this won’t happen again !!!


If you’re making your way down to the North vs South Big game this weekend (30th April to 2nd May) I wanted to let you know about a couple of things you might like. Steve AKA ‘Chuck’ will be in attendance at the event doing Tech Support, so anything you need help or advise on Eclipse come and speak to ‘Chuck’ If you ask him nicely he will even give you some Eclipse Stickers !!!

Also, LiPS and Just Paintball will be there with a bunch of Eclipse Gear for sale… Both stores will also have 50 x EMORTAL 2 DVD’s, which your more than welcome to buy @ £5.30 each or you can pick one up FREE OF CHARGE with Any Eclipse Product purchased at the Big Game. These are first come first served…

And last but not least, hot off the press is the Brand New Summer 2010 Catalogues. They came in today and there will be 100 or so down at the Big Game. So pop over to see Just Paintball or LiPS and pick up your FREE Planet Eclipse Summer 2010 catalogue….

Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see

Is Paintball back in Malaysia ??????

We think it is and we are super excited about it. Penang Island Malaysia, Pearl of the Orient also known as the Prince of Wales Island founded by the British East India Company in 1786 by Sir Francis Light and made a British Crown Colony in 1867. An Free port Island made in spices and entrepot trading and resupplying ships to and from the Indian Ocean. Modern Penang is also a renowned tourist destination both for local and international visitors for its food, heritage, hotels, beaches, cruise terminal and family activities. This island rich with culture and ethnic diversity was also the venue of our Northern Paintball Super league – on May 12th and 13th. With the fullest support from the City Council of Penang – Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang – MBPP, and hosted on Georgetown city centre’s beautiful Polo Grounds saw the largest paintball tournament, Penang International Cup in Malaysia of the past few years with 89 teams. It's officially the week of the world's biggest tournament paintball event on the Planet, the PSP World Cup in Orlando-Florida and we cannot wait! With so much up for grabs this year for our teams we're super excited to see how they all perform. For some, it's about finishing what they started in 2014, for others it's about putting the team in the best possible position for 2015's first event. To help our teams build some momentum this week, beyond providing them with equipment that looks great and performs flawlessly, we thought we'd have some fun with them on social media and generate some online rivalry between them, as well as getting some fan support along the way.
