There's an Armada coming !!

Formed in 2004, Boston Armada has been the longest running and most committed team to come from the Boston Paintball Supply stable in the company's history. The team has consistently placed in the top three of every NEPL (New England Paintball League) series since they began competing. In 2007 they were crowned the "Best of New England" at the season ending Championship Cup event in the 5 Man division and as a result of their continued success, made the move to the 7 Man Division. Since then, they have been plagued with finishes that fell just short of gold, but they never let it deter them. Working harder and harder at every practice - all winter long at Boston Paintball Indoor and outside in Maynard as soon as the field opened - Boston Armada pushed harder than they ever had. At the first event of the 2011 NEPL season, Boston Armada secured their first 7 Man win on April 17th 2011, where they went undefeated through the prelims and suffered only 1 loss in the playoffs.

Not only is this team consistent and dedicated on the field, their roster has had less changes in 7 years than most teams have in a season. At the heart of it all, Anthony “T2” D'Ambrosio, Brian Dorval, Matt Macewen, Michael Macewen, Mike Racine, Anthony Silva, Kevin Snow, and David Walsh.

Commenting on their first 7 Man win, Anthony D’Ambrosio stated "Planet Eclipse is our 8th man on the field... shooting these guns clearly gave us an advantage over our competitors and the push we needed to reach the top of the podium." The team, shooting a combination of Planet Eclipse EGO & GEO markers will be competing in the 7 Man Division in the NEPL for the remainder of 2011 and will also be found at the NPPL DC and Vegas events where they plan to make their mark on the national 7 Man scene.

Boston Armada sets the perfect example and remain an inspiration for teams who may have their work cut out for them, but who can see that down the road, if you put in the time, the work and the dedication, it can all in fact lead to victory, as long as you work together and stick with it.

Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see

Is Paintball back in Malaysia ??????

We think it is and we are super excited about it. Penang Island Malaysia, Pearl of the Orient also known as the Prince of Wales Island founded by the British East India Company in 1786 by Sir Francis Light and made a British Crown Colony in 1867. An Free port Island made in spices and entrepot trading and resupplying ships to and from the Indian Ocean. Modern Penang is also a renowned tourist destination both for local and international visitors for its food, heritage, hotels, beaches, cruise terminal and family activities. This island rich with culture and ethnic diversity was also the venue of our Northern Paintball Super league – on May 12th and 13th. It's officially the week of the world's biggest tournament paintball event on the Planet, the PSP World Cup in Orlando-Florida and we cannot wait! With so much up for grabs this year for our teams we're super excited to see how they all perform. For some, it's about finishing what they started in 2014, for others it's about putting the team in the best possible position for 2015's first event.
