Team IYAOYAS Rallies Around Teammate

Upon hearing about the death of one of a teammate’s mothers, Team IYAOYAS Southwest Chapter put a notice out to the rest of the team and chapters asking for assistance with doing something a little special for Brandon Waggoner(B-Waggs).   Brandon(17) lost his mother after a very valiant fight with Brain Cancer.  Brandon’s family story was well publicized and touched the Tulsa, OK community.  The word was spread amongst the Chapters and to its primary supplier of sponsored goods SoBe Paintball.  The Domestic, Canadian and Australian chapters quickly rallied to do something to help pick up their teammate’s spirits.  Brandon, a new member of Team IYAOYAS had been saving to get a new Planet Eclipse marker from the team’s major sponsor.  He was excited and surprised to get a new Shiner 2 Ego 11 at a recent team meeting and will be a force supporting his team in both the woods and speedball fields.

Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see

We think it is and we are super excited about it. Penang Island Malaysia, Pearl of the Orient also known as the Prince of Wales Island founded by the British East India Company in 1786 by Sir Francis Light and made a British Crown Colony in 1867. An Free port Island made in spices and entrepot trading and resupplying ships to and from the Indian Ocean. Modern Penang is also a renowned tourist destination both for local and international visitors for its food, heritage, hotels, beaches, cruise terminal and family activities. This island rich with culture and ethnic diversity was also the venue of our Northern Paintball Super league – on May 12th and 13th. It's officially the week of the world's biggest tournament paintball event on the Planet, the PSP World Cup in Orlando-Florida and we cannot wait! With so much up for grabs this year for our teams we're super excited to see how they all perform. For some, it's about finishing what they started in 2014, for others it's about putting the team in the best possible position for 2015's first event.
