WCPS Event #4 and #5 Results

The West Coast Paintball Series' biggest tournament to date was able to be played on a brand new 5-man PSP field in Keizer, Oregon at the Warpaint International Outdoor Field.  34 teams came out to play on the 5-man and 3-man fields in the Novice, Rookie, Beginner and Pump Divisions and reffing was provided by Pro team Portland Uprising.

Some of our sponsors came out to join us for the day – Planet Eclipse Provided prizes for the event, ProCaps provided Draxxus paint and Mafia Air brought their mobile air out for the event along with one of our Official Media Sponsor's - PBLive TV came out to film the event and interview WCPS Owner and Promoter, Skyler Anderson. 

It was another awesome day of paintball with teams showing great sportsmanship and positive energy all day.  The WCPS is always glad to see smiles on people's faces at the end of the day. 

Event 4 Results:

Novice:
1st place- NOTORIOUS
2nd place- Code Blue
3rd place- Frikadelliwurst

Rookie:
1st place- NOTORIOUS GOLD
2nd place- DBS Supersonics
3rd place- DBS Gunnerz



Beginner:
1st place- DBS Kill Mode 1
2nd place- NewBreed Red
3rd place- Cartel

Pump:
1st place- Splat Action Pump Force
2nd place- P-Town Pumpers Green
3rd place- Pumps Inc.

Glad everyone was able to make it out to this event to make it the largest one yet!

Event 5 kicked off last month but was delayed and wasn’t able to be held at the state fair like planned. It would of been great exposure for our tournament series, paintball and our sponsors but we are looking forward to doing it their next year. Event 5 was another great event with all teams fighting hard to come in top 4.

We have one last event to be held on November 5th and the then champions will be crowned.

Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see

Is Paintball back in Malaysia ??????

We think it is and we are super excited about it. Penang Island Malaysia, Pearl of the Orient also known as the Prince of Wales Island founded by the British East India Company in 1786 by Sir Francis Light and made a British Crown Colony in 1867. An Free port Island made in spices and entrepot trading and resupplying ships to and from the Indian Ocean. Modern Penang is also a renowned tourist destination both for local and international visitors for its food, heritage, hotels, beaches, cruise terminal and family activities. This island rich with culture and ethnic diversity was also the venue of our Northern Paintball Super league – on May 12th and 13th. With the fullest support from the City Council of Penang – Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang – MBPP, and hosted on Georgetown city centre’s beautiful Polo Grounds saw the largest paintball tournament, Penang International Cup in Malaysia of the past few years with 89 teams. PSP World Cup...#GOTEAM!

It's officially the week of the world's biggest tournament paintball event on the Planet, the PSP World Cup in Orlando-Florida and we cannot wait! With so much up for grabs this year for our teams we're super excited to see how they all perform. For some, it's about finishing what they started in 2014, for others it's about putting the team in the best possible position for 2015's first event. To help our teams build some momentum this week, beyond providing them with equipment that looks great and performs flawlessly, we thought we'd have some fun with them on social media and generate some online rivalry between them, as well as getting some fan support along the way.
