Heading South of the Border to Guadalajara , Mexico to attend the Mexican Paintball League (MPL).. A joint venture organized by Jose Luis Alvarez/Planet Eclipse Mexico ,Arturo Andrade , and Pablo Villegas/Evolution Pb..Together they have made the MPL one of the most prestigious and organized events in Mexico.Since it’s  inception in 2009 , they have continuously provided quality events with great reffing , fields , and support.


Over 20 teams came from all over the country to see who would come away with the crown and bragging rights for the season. The paintball gods were merciful and provided a cool high of 69°f the entire event. Gatorade was on site providing players plenty of hydration along with Corona serving beer...Live music was provided along with a full Snak Shop for all your cravings from Tacos to Hamburgers..

The stage was set and the teams walked off to do battle. Games were intense , fast paced , and exiting. When the paint settled , in Open Division ,  TJ ALLSTARZ WHITE came out on top followed by Tobasco WarriorsA and BlackWaterA rounding out 3rd place..In D2 , TJ ALLSTARZ BLACK was champion with 2nd place honors to Tobasco WarriorsB. On behalf of Planet Eclipse I’d like to say congratulations to our sponsored teams. We look foward to our continued support in Mexico in 2015.

Whenever we hear reports of any issues with our products – no matter how small – we like to jump on it as soon as possible, try our best to understand the root of the problem and then provide a definitive solution. Over the last couple of weeks we have received reports of some inconsistent air leaks from the frame and POPS area of the CS3. Every marker that we produce is thoroughly tested prior to packaging and shipping, but unfortunately these leaks have developed after shipping, and normally at temperatures below those that the markers experience in testing. This is generally down to contraction – or shrinkage – of seals that occurs as the temperature drops. The leak can be heard from around the grips or, with the grips removed, from the Regulator Hole A in the side of the frame. It can also be heard from the join between the bottom of the frame and the POPS. We have traced these leaks to what appears to be a bath of bottom tolerance 016 NBR70 o-rings used on the brass HPR Body (see

We think it is and we are super excited about it. Penang Island Malaysia, Pearl of the Orient also known as the Prince of Wales Island founded by the British East India Company in 1786 by Sir Francis Light and made a British Crown Colony in 1867. An Free port Island made in spices and entrepot trading and resupplying ships to and from the Indian Ocean. Modern Penang is also a renowned tourist destination both for local and international visitors for its food, heritage, hotels, beaches, cruise terminal and family activities. This island rich with culture and ethnic diversity was also the venue of our Northern Paintball Super league – on May 12th and 13th. It's officially the week of the world's biggest tournament paintball event on the Planet, the PSP World Cup in Orlando-Florida and we cannot wait! With so much up for grabs this year for our teams we're super excited to see how they all perform. For some, it's about finishing what they started in 2014, for others it's about putting the team in the best possible position for 2015's first event. To help our teams build some momentum this week, beyond providing them with equipment that looks great and performs flawlessly, we thought we'd have some fun with them on social media and generate some online rivalry between them, as well as getting some fan support along the way.
